Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership :
  • Define and implement account management best practices, processes, and KPIs to ensure consistent performance.
  • Develop succession plans and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team.
  • Account Strategy and Growth:
  • Define and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement within key BFSI accounts.
  • Partner with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s portfolio of solutions.
  • Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across BFSI customer accounts.
  • Act as the escalation point for strategic accounts to address challenges and reinforce trust.
  • Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their business objectives and evolving needs.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to influence the roadmap and ensure solutions remain competitive in the BFSI space.
  • Business Growth and Revenue Management:
  • Identify new opportunities to grow wallet share in accounts
  • Drive account planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and revenue predictability.
  • Meet and exceed growth targets for existing accounts, contributing significantly to the organization’s overall revenue goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within accounts to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Market Insights and Thought Leadership:
  • Stay abreast of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to anticipate client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the organization’s thought leadership and expertise.
 
Qualifications
  • Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales leadership, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing large-scale customer accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in building and leading large account management teams across geographies.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and services tailored for BFSI clients
