Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives within the BFSI sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, a proven track record in software solutions sales, and fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with local clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on banks and financial institutions in KSA.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to promote our solutions and services.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of sales experience in the software solutions domain, with a significant focus on the BFSI sector in KSA.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Networking: Established connections within the BFSI industry in KSA, particularly with decision-makers and influencers.
